Cancellation Policy

At Mytirath.com, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking your pilgrimage journey.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing via email or official communication channels.

Cancellation charges may apply based on:

  • The time of cancellation before departure

  • Hotel and accommodation policies

  • Transport provider rules (flight, train, bus, etc.)

  • Vendor and third-party service conditions

Refund eligibility will depend on these factors.

2. Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways).

3. Partial Cancellations

If one or more travelers cancel from a group booking, pricing and package benefits may be revised accordingly.

4. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to appear on the departure date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a “No Show,” and no refund may be provided.

5. Cancellation by Mytirath.com

Mytirath.com reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Weather conditions

  • Unforeseen operational issues

In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives or applicable refunds where possible.

6. Important Note

Pilgrimage tours may be affected by seasonal, weather, or regulatory conditions. We recommend reviewing all package details carefully before confirming your booking.
