1. No Physical Returns

Mytirath.com provides travel and pilgrimage services. As we do not sell physical products, returns are not applicable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable in the following situations:

  • Cancellation by the customer (as per cancellation policy)

  • Cancellation by Mytirath.com due to unavoidable circumstances

  • Service unavailability from hotel or transport partners

Refund eligibility depends on vendor policies and timing of cancellation.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Government permits or entry tickets

  • Last-minute bookings

  • Special discounted or promotional packages

  • Certain transport or hotel bookings (as per their policy)

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

In case of partial cancellations or unused services during the journey, refunds will be subject to service provider policies and may not be guaranteed.
